We understand that plans can change. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, we are unable to process cancellations as your order will already be in preparation for shipment.

If you wish to cancel within the 24-hour window, please contact our support team immediately with your order details. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
