A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer a $6 flat rate on all domestic orders.

- Shipping time: 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Total delivery time is usually 6–10 business days from the moment you place your order.
Q: Is there a daily order cut-off time?
- Our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-5) Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
Q: Will I receive tracking details?
- Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Q: Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
A: Yes, but please note that orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may require extra verification, which can delay processing.
Q: What if there’s a delay in delivery?
A: While we do our best to ship on time, delays can happen due to:

Q: Missed or Failed Delivery Attempts?
A: If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
